Amendments will be considered in the fall.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Other cities\u2019 laws are stronger<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BCA Steering Committee member Phoebe Sorgen also reports Berkeley\u2019s \u201cright to know\u201d cell phone safety ordinance is again under attack. Passed in 2015, the law requires phone retailers to inform customers that a phone may emit levels of RF radiation higher than Federal Communications Commission standards if held or worn next to one\u2019s body while connected to a wireless network.
